This policy explains what BP Log (the "app"), published by The Wizard Games ("we", "us"), collects and how it's used. Questions? Email support@thewizardgames.com.
BP Log is built to be privacy-friendly. The content you create stays on your device by default — we don't run accounts and we don't have a copy of it.
What we collect
- Content you create in the app (stored on your device)
- Advertising identifier and basic device/usage data (via AdMob)
- A pseudonymous purchase identifier (via Google Play Billing / RevenueCat)
- Crash and basic performance diagnostics, to keep the app stable
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or contacts to use the app.
Your health data
BP Log is a personal log, not a medical device. The blood pressure, pulse, and related readings you enter are stored only on your device. We do not upload them to our servers and we do not sell or share them with anyone.
- Readings you enter (e.g. systolic/diastolic, pulse, notes, timestamps) stay in the app's local storage on your phone.
- If you export your data (CSV/PDF), that file goes wherever you choose to send it.
- Uninstalling the app removes this data from your device. Please export first if you want to keep it.
- We do not use your health data for advertising or share it with ad partners.
Advertising
BP Log displays ads through Google AdMob to keep the app free. AdMob and its partners may use your device's advertising identifier and related information to serve and measure ads. You can learn more, and control ad personalization, in your device settings and in Google's policy on how it uses data from sites and apps that use its services.
Purchases & subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing, with subscription state managed via RevenueCat. We never see or store your full payment details — those are handled by Google. RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous purchase identifier so we can unlock the features you've bought across reinstalls. See the RevenueCat privacy policy.
Third-party services
We rely on these well-known providers, each with its own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob — to show ads that keep the app free.
- Google Play Billing / RevenueCat — to process in-app purchases and manage subscriptions.
Data retention & deletion
Because your content lives on your device, you can delete it at any time within the app, or remove everything by uninstalling. For data held by our providers, see our data deletion page.
Children's privacy
BP Log is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
